Your have been cancelled and banned from Global 2000. We appreciate your
past support, but your recent actions make it impossible for us to service
you in any aspect- now or in the future.

Adam,
I want a full explaination of WHY I was banned from Global2000. Maybe it was because of the content of my web page? I removed the "COMMERCIAL MATERIAL" from my web page promptly after seeing the first message. I had nothing on there that was against your policy. I've been on this system for more almost THREE years now and was getting sick and tired of the all the problems on here. I haven't once been able to connect here with my 56K modem at a decent speed (i usually get 21.6k) EVERYTIME and when I do connect, i'll lose carrier withen minutes. When I called they told me the problem was on my end...my lines or my modem....HOWEVER in the latest email I was told that it was the quality of Albany's phone wiring. I can't get a straight answer. When I call any other ISP that supports X2 I always get a 53.3 connect.

If I am in fact BANNED, I expect a refund in FULL for this month. and while I'm on that note I also expect my 4 free months of service for getting other people to connect to your wonderful service. I'm surprised you treat your subscribers like this, especially with other services like cable modem getting more and more popular.

I expect a reply asap

Matthew x. xxxxxxx
